The staff was amazing! And the Texas waffles were great too.
A fan for the bathroom would have been nice.

AC was not working up to par, but they did take care of the repair.
It was ok. The location was great but the hotel did not live up to what I've come to know as a Fairfield Inn.
Place was very old. An caught the staff trying to sneak in my room when they thought i was gone. Then they ran when i said who is it.
The manager during the day was so very helpful!
There was one desk person who really didn't know anything. I wish they had all shuttles waiting at the end of the game. It took us an hour and a half to get back.
That it was near the baseball park, the shuttle service.
More variety with breakfast. Not everyone likes sausage or Canadian bacon.
They let me check in early, the room was nice.
Theroom was pretty small. But it was adequate.

I like how convient it was to get to six flags and hurrican harbour.
The shower drain was broke so we showered in water up to our ankles.

Cons: Price for room, small room, one tiny elevator, small breakfast area

The front desk staff were on point with every detail. Courtney fabulous and Robert A-1!!!! He referred us to great places to eat, shop, and for late night hot spots. Plus, the breakfast was good & the 2 ladies who were working that area too. Asked for suggestions & they actually used one of my ideas! I was like, wow. I will definitely be back. Thank you staff at Fairfield Inn! U guys were the bomb dot com.
Disappointed with housekeeping. Upon returning to the room in the early evening, we found our room had not been cleaned, bed not made and no clean towels.

Great location and great shuttle service
the morning we arrive check in was not until 3 p.m. that day but we were told by the manager Lola that my room was ready that morning we were excited so that we could get a chance to settle in early but when we went to her room there was still people in it thank goodness the lady in the room was polite and understanding and it seems that there was a lot of that going on that day where other people were walking in on other people in there supposedly ready rooms and when we did get back to the hotel that afternoon around 4 my room was still not ready it was not cleaned by housekeeping we had to wait at least an hour before we could get our room but the afternoon staff was very helpful in trying to make things work and tried to right the mistakes that were made that we were grateful for
